When you turn on your tv, your phone, your tablet every day and see the tragedy your mind becomes numb, Another cop shooting, another gang related act, another terrorist, shaking your head saying how dumb, But no one brings to the table what about our future, The acts we take out now will forever have a chokehold on our future, The generations younger then us, the kids who see the images, Racism still affects us today, indirectly or directly, see the image, Jobs use to be easier to get, now most of the middle class is laid off, Poverty has doubled because people are losing their minds and no help from the well-off?, Fair is where clowns and animals play, Fare is where we get prices raised by the MTA, So clearly we are being treated fare or fair, because the well-off have all the entertainment, Their kids worried about getting a cabs in bad areas? so they made the uber lyft juno replacement, Ironic most of the top schools or colleges are surrounded by bad areas, How many of our people built the walls that they get the best education in, We need good credit, different skin tone, clean records, a bribe just to get in, So where do we fit in? Cops are shooting anytime they want to, Now their kids are practicing in the gun range too, The minorities running around trying to ask questions, But most of you are worrying about your social media mentions, Pay attention, your unborn kid just made the hit list because of the generation above us have created the new age instincts, So where does the negative culture stop? Is it when the syrian kid doesn't cry after a bomb blew up, Or did we just create the one who will self-destruct, Clearing stadiums, cutting family trees, losing limbs and knees, Selfish acts living in the now but disregarding our future, So when everything turns red, and you wonder who is the one who shoots you, You should picture the slave owners, the kkk, the civil rights racist, the innocent bystanders and even your own communities reactions, Every action has an reaction, simple science? Problem is most of us have no outlet so we result to violence, But that is all we see on TV? So we do we blame? Me, You, Us, Them, Everyone? THE ANSWER IS YES.
